Lead an executive-owned SAP workstream covering purchasing, inventory, supplier data, invoice matching and source-to-pay across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA for a hybrid senior role based in Mexico City or client site. You will shape the target operating model, protect delivery quality and connect process design, data, integration, testing and adoption to measurable customer service, carbon and margin outcomes in Mexico.
What you will do
- Lead discovery, design authority and delivery decisions for purchasing, inventory, supplier data, invoice matching and source-to-pay, with explicit ownership of scope, dependencies, risks and acceptance evidence.
- Translate C-level priorities into a practical SAP workstream roadmap, process blueprint, backlog, controls, decision log and value case.
- Design or review the future-state solution across Materials Management and Procurement, master data, security, integration, analytics and connected applications.
- Direct workshops and alignment across business process owners, SAP specialists, engineers, data teams, testing leads and regional stakeholders.
- Govern fit-to-standard, clean-core, configuration, extension, defect, cutover and hypercare decisions with disciplined documentation.
- Coach senior consultants and client teams, raise delivery capability and make knowledge transfer measurable rather than informal.
- Report progress, service risk, value realization and customer experience implications to executive sponsors in clear business language.
What you bring
- Demonstrated 22 to 26 years of enterprise SAP delivery, advisory or transformation leadership with Materials Management and Procurement.
- Deep hands-on understanding of purchasing, inventory, supplier data, invoice matching and source-to-pay and the upstream and downstream process dependencies that determine operating value.
- Proven experience across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA or both, with the judgment to separate essential controls from unnecessary customization.
- Strong command of architecture, master data, integration, testing, release, security and change practices relevant to the workstream.
- A track record of leading complex stakeholder groups, resolving decisions quickly and protecting delivery outcomes across time zones.
- Executive-level written and verbal communication, with the ability to connect SAP decisions to cash, service, carbon, risk and margin.
- Willingness to work across latin america delivery and participate in customer workshops, governance and occasional travel when the program requires it.
