1. Scope and who we are

Zircoo Corporation operates ZircooCorp.com and related digital experiences for enterprise technology, SAP, hosting, data, engineering, carbon management, customer service and advisory activities. In this policy, Zircoo, we, us and our refer to Zircoo Corporation.

This policy applies to information collected through ZircooCorp.com, contact and inquiry forms, career and recruiting forms, downloadable materials, event registrations and other Zircoo-controlled digital touchpoints that link to this policy. It does not replace a separate agreement, statement of work, customer data-processing addendum or employment notice that may apply to a specific relationship.

2. Information we collect

We collect information that you choose to provide, information generated when you use the site and information received from business contacts or service providers where permitted by law. We seek to collect only what is reasonably relevant to the purpose described at the time of collection.

  • Contact and business inquiry information, such as your name, work email address, organization, telephone number, country, areas of interest and the contents of your message.
  • Career application information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, location, target role, country, SAP experience, work authorization, notice period, salary expectations, profile URL, application message and consent choices.
  • Resume and attachment information. The careers form requires a resume in PDF, DOC or DOCX format and applies the published file-size limit. Please remove information that is not needed for recruitment before uploading a document.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate time of access, response status and security events. We use this information to operate, secure and improve the site.
  • Local preference information, such as saved career opportunities stored in your browser when you use the save-job feature. This is device-local functionality and is not a substitute for an account.

3. How we use information

We use personal information for the business purposes communicated when it is collected and for compatible purposes that a reasonable person would expect. Depending on the interaction, these purposes may include:

  • Responding to inquiries, arranging conversations, preparing assessments and delivering requested information.
  • Evaluating job applications, communicating with candidates, arranging interviews, maintaining recruiting records and meeting employment or legal obligations.
  • Operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and protecting ZircooCorp.com, its forms, content, infrastructure and business systems.
  • Understanding aggregate use of our content so we can improve navigation, accessibility, service clarity, performance and customer experience.
  • Preventing fraud, abuse, spam, unauthorized access and other activity that could harm people, Zircoo or our customers.
  • Complying with applicable law, responding to lawful requests, enforcing agreements and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

5. Cookies, local storage and similar technologies

ZircooCorp.com is designed to work without an advertising profile. The site may use essential browser mechanisms needed to deliver pages, support security and remember a device-local preference, such as saved jobs. The career save feature uses browser local storage under a Zircoo-specific key and does not create a Zircoo account.

If Zircoo later enables analytics, personalization, advertising or other non-essential technologies, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law before or when those technologies are used. Your browser may also provide controls for cookies, storage and tracking preferences.

6. When we share information

Zircoo does not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information when needed for the purposes in this policy, with appropriate confidentiality and security expectations, including to:

  • Service providers that host, secure, maintain, monitor, deliver, support or process forms and communications for Zircoo.
  • Recruiting, human resources, legal, finance, professional advisers and other internal or external teams that need information to perform an authorized business function.
  • A buyer, successor, lender, investor or other party involved in a proposed or completed corporate transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
  • Authorities, courts, regulators or other parties when disclosure is required by law, legal process or a good-faith need to protect rights, safety or the integrity of our systems.
  • Other parties when you direct us to share information or give us permission to do so.

7. International processing and transfers

Zircoo works across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, India and other markets. Information may therefore be accessed, processed or stored in a country different from the country where it was collected. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, technical or organizational safeguards for international transfers and consider the rights available under the law that applies to the transfer.

If you need more information about a specific transfer or safeguard, contact us using the details below and identify the country or relationship involved.

8. Retention

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, a related business purpose, a recruiting or customer relationship, legal or regulatory obligations, dispute resolution, security, or the establishment and defense of claims. Retention periods vary by information type and context.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it or securely isolate it where deletion is not immediately practical. We may retain limited suppression or transaction records so that a preference, legal obligation or security control can be honored.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration and disclosure. Controls can include access restrictions, secure configuration, monitoring, backups, incident response and supplier oversight appropriate to the nature of the information and the service.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use care when sending sensitive information and do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers or confidential customer records through a general website form unless Zircoo has specifically instructed you to do so through an approved channel.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, portability, restriction or objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, or information about how a request was handled. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator.

To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the scope of the request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If a request is denied, we will explain the reason where required and describe any available review or appeal process.

You can stop receiving non-essential business communications by using the unsubscribe instruction in the message or contacting us. We may still send transactional, security, recruiting or relationship communications that are necessary for the requested interaction.

11. Third-party sites and services

ZircooCorp.com may link to partner sites, professional networks, job services, customer resources or other third-party destinations. A third party controls its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy notice of any site you visit, especially before submitting information or using an embedded service.

This policy does not govern personal information that Zircoo processes on behalf of a customer under a contract. In that setting, the customer generally determines the purposes of processing and its instructions, notices and data-processing terms apply.

12. Children

ZircooCorp.com is intended for professional and business audiences. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the site. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, technology, legal requirements or information practices change. We will post the revised version on this page, update the Last updated date and provide additional notice when required. The revised policy applies from its effective date unless a different application is required by law.
