A governmental insurance company tasked with managing driver licensing and enforcing laws and regulations.
Challenge:
The customer sought to replace a legacy system with a modern S/4 HANA-based solution. They aimed to achieve a unified platform integrated with existing SAP systems.

Our company employed a three-stage implementation approach to provide a tailored solution based on SAP S/4 HANA technologies.

Project Scope:
To meet all client requirements, the development process was divided into three stages:
Stage 1: S/4 HANA Solution Development
The primary objective was to replace the client’s legacy system with a more efficient, unified, and robust S/4 HANA solution. Custom development formed the core of this stage, with the backend of the application built in ABAP and complemented by the use of CDS View and the latest S/4 HANA technologies. This ensured that all functionality from the legacy system transitioned seamlessly to SAP. Communication with the backend was established through well-designed OData-based RESTful APIs.
Stage 2: UI Development
To enhance user experience, Fiori was utilized for UI creation, streamlined with the SAPUI5 SDK to ensure a modern and intuitive interface.
Stage 3: SAP Integration
To provide the client with a unified platform, the developed solution was integrated with SAP modules adopted by the company, including SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). This integration ensured seamless data exchange and process alignment across the organization.
Results:
In response to the customer’s requirements, our team has effectively developed a custom solution leveraging the latest S/4 HANA technologies. This solution was seamlessly integrated with the existing SAP modules, offering the client the convenience of centralized data and operations within a unified system featuring a user-friendly interface.
Presently, our team remains dedicated to further enhancing the customer’s business processes. We are actively engaged in the development of a SAP module tailored for cargo transportation licensing, aligning our efforts with the client’s evolving needs and strategic objectives.
